Velocity Doctor™ Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Velocity Doctor™. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, mobile app, booking system, and related offerings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Program Overview

Velocity Doctor™ provides baseball and softball performance training services with a focus on hitting, mental toughness, mindset, mechanics, and faith-based development. Our services include in-person training sessions ("Labs"), memberships, digital resources, and retail products.

2. Membership and Billing

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis via the payment method on file. You may cancel your membership anytime with a minimum of 30 days notice by contacting [email protected]. Failure to pay may result in suspension of booking privileges. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partial billing periods.

Our 4 sessions free guarantee is valid only if the athlete follows our program. This means they come at least 8 times per month for the first month, 5 times the second month and 4 times per month going forward. The athletes will also be expected to keep a journal for tracking their process. Proof of batting average for each the previous 12 months prior to starting with Velocity Doctor must be presented along with each of the three months following the start date with Velocity Doctor. Acceptable forms of proof will be Game Changer or Perfect Game stats.

3. Session Booking & Rescheduling

Members may book Hitting Lab sessions via our app or booking portal. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

4. Code of Conduct

We expect all athletes, parents, and staff to behave with respect and sportsmanship. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All Velocity Doctor™ training methods, branding, videos, graphics, and curriculum are proprietary. No portion may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any relevant injuries or conditions. Velocity Doctor is not liable for injuries sustained during training. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone we believe may be at risk.

7. Retail Products and Supplements

All equipment, supplements, or drinks purchased are final sale. Use all nutritional products responsibly and consult your physician before beginning any new supplement regimen.

No mobile information will be shared with nonaffiliate third parties for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted.

9. Termination of Use

Velocity Doctor reserves the right to cancel memberships or deny service to any individual at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
